The support of a close-knit community is as vital as early detection and education in the fight against breast cancer. This October, Southwell will host local events offering health screenings, educational resources, and opportunities to build meaningful connections. From Lunch & Learns to inspiring gatherings, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference!
Free Mammograms | Limited Spots Available
Thursday, October 1 – Friday, October 30 | Southwell Medical, Adel
Southwell is dedicated to supporting every woman in our community because nothing should stand between you and your health, not even insurance concerns. This October, we’re offering a limited number of free mammograms to eligible women. Spots are limited, so apply today and take this important step toward protecting your health.
Eligibility Checklist
- Women 40+
- Haven’t had a mammogram in the last 12 months
- Uninsured (no private, Medicare, or Medicaid coverage)
- Not currently pregnant or nursing
- No current breast issues
- Resident of Berrien, Cook, Lowndes, Tift, or Turner County
Girl's Night Out
Tuesday, October 27 | 4pm – 7pm | Southwell Medical, Adel
Take some time for your health, make meaningful connections, and enjoy a little fun on the side! Book a mammogram appointment during extended evening hours while enjoying light bites, giveaways, and helpful health information in a relaxed setting.
