Community Board Members
Southwell’s community board members serve without pay, volunteering time and expertise. Board members set policy, create goals, evaluate management’s performance, and ensure Southwell operates in the best interest of the communities we serve.
Executive Leadership Team
Diversity and Inclusion
Southwell Facilities strive to promote an environment for all employees and the patients we serve where diverse cultures, abilities and backgrounds are respected and every person is treated equally.
Our diversity strategy is built upon our core values of promoting a healthy, diverse and inclusive environment, both for those who work at Southwell Facilities and the patients and communities we serve.
Since its incorporation in 1985, the Tift Regional Medical Center Foundation has supplied financial support to Southwell assisting with patient-oriented projects. The Foundation’s goal is to provide quality patient care through safe and effective medical equipment to aid in diagnosis and care of patients; financial assistance for the underprivileged, along with housing of state of the art equipment.
To fund these projects, Tift Regional relies on funds from services and corporate bonds. Special community oriented projects; such as educational and preventional plans, fall under this endeavor. The Foundation is committed in making our community a secure and vigorous one.
