The Southwell clinic located at Annie Belle Clark Elementary will be consolidating with the other Southwell clinic located at Eighth Street Middle School beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023.
Family nurse practitioner Monica Davis, FNP-C will continue to provide non-emergent sick care for the students, staff and retirees of Tift County Schools, but at one location as of Sept. 5.
The Eighth Street Middle School Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Children are not seen without parental consent. For more information, please call 229-353-ESMS.
