Internal medicine physician Dr. Loraine Sumner is no longer with Southwell Medical Clinic (formerly Affinity Clinic). Dr. Sumner’s patients will be assisted in finding a new primary care provider at Southwell Medical Clinic. Our nurse practitioners are available for any immediate needs. For prescriptions, refills, test results and other assistance, Dr. Sumner’s patients can continue to call 229-391-4155 to speak with a nurse.
