The Southwell Center for Healing and Wellness will be permanently closing on March 29, 2024. The practice will be merging operations with Southwell Medical Clinic Family Medicine as of April 1, 2024.
Important information regarding our providers:
Nurse practitioner Deidre Peacock, MSN, APRN, FNP-C will start seeing her established patients at Southwell Medical Clinic Family Medicine as of April 1, 2024. Southwell Medical Clinic is located in Tifton at 2225 U.S. Highway 41 North., right off I-75 at exit 64.
Nurse practitioner Tess Goodwin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C will be leaving our organization on March 28, 2024 to pursue other opportunities. We wish Tess the very best in her future endeavors. Southwell offers numerous providers for continuum of care. If you would like assistance in transitioning to a new provider or have any questions, please contact the Southwell Center for Healing and Wellness.
Letters will be mailed to all patients and the Southwell Center for Healing and Wellness team will be calling the patients of Deidre and Tess who have scheduled appointments after March 29, 2024.
