Let your loved ones know you are thinking about them while they are in the hospital or in our skilled nursing facility by sending an E-Mail Get Well card. This FREE service is available for any inpatient currently at Tift Regional Medical Center, Southwell Medical, or is a resident of Southwell Health and Rehabilitation.
