Whether you call or click, please understand that the pricing information provided is an estimate of the costs for a medical service or procedure at a Southwell Facility based on the information available at the time and is not a guarantee of what you will be charged.
Depending on the services you receive, you may receive separate bills from other doctors or clinical staff who assist in your care, including but not limited to hospitalists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and pathologists.
Please understand that estimates are based on typical charges. In many cases it is impossible to predict the final charges that will result from your services, as there are many variables involved in the actual services, such as the length of time spent in surgery or recovery, specific equipment used, supplies and medications required, additional tests performed, or any additional care or services provided to address other or unexpected conditions or complications that may occur during the course of service. Additionally, your financial responsibility may vary from actual charges depending on insurance coverage. When comparing charges with other hospitals or provider practices, it is important to understand that their charges may or may not include both the hospital charges and the charges for services provided by doctors or other providers.
