Tift Regional Health System, Inc. invites physicians and healthcare providers to attend the 2026 Diabetes Symposium, an educational program designed to enhance clinical knowledge and improve the management of patients living with diabetes.

This live CME event will bring together nationally recognized leaders in endocrinology to discuss the latest evidence-based practices for diabetes treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and pregnancy-related settings.
Participants will explore emerging therapies, current standards of care, and strategies to improve outcomes for patients with diabetes, particularly in regions with limited endocrinology access and high disease burden. Topics will include the use of GLP-1 receptor agonists and SGLT2 inhibitors, inpatient glycemic management, diabetes care in pregnancy, and approaches to culturally responsive care.
Registration is $50, and continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Educational Format
The symposium will include lectures, case presentations, interactive Q&A sessions, and panel discussions focused on practical application of diabetes care strategies in everyday clinical practice.
